These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DPK website and any purchases made through it.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website.
1. About Us
DPK operates an online store selling clothing, artwork and related goods.
Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility
By using this website you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old, or
• You are under 18 and have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or suspend access where we reasonably believe:
• Fraud has occurred
• These Terms have been breached
• The website is being misused
3. Orders
3.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Your order is not accepted until you receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where:
• Goods are unavailable
• Payment is not authorised
• Pricing errors occur
• Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3.2 Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order is accurate, including:
• Delivery address
• Contact details
• Payment details
DPK is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Products
DPK sells:
• Clothing
• Artwork
• Accessories and related goods
Products may be offered as:
• Made-to-order items
• Limited release products
• Pre-order products
Due to the nature of limited production and drop-based releases, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, textures and finishes may vary slightly.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. DPK does not store full payment card details.
Where pricing errors occur, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a refund.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery timeframe: 8–30 days depending on production and destination.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
DPK is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier service disruptions
• Customs clearance
• Incorrect addresses
• Severe weather or global events
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership of goods transfers once full payment has been received.

7. International Orders
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for:
• Import duties
• Customs charges
• Local taxes
• Any other fees required by local authorities
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in returned goods. Associated costs may be deducted from refunds or store credit.
8. Cancellations & Returns
Customer rights regarding cancellations, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
9. Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
Certain products are produced only after purchase.
Production timelines may vary.
Estimated production timeframes differ by item and are typically 5-30 days, though they can be longer. By making a purchase, you accept that the item you are purchasing is a made-to-order item unless expressly stated otherwise.
Statutory cancellation rights apply unless exemptions under the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply.
10. Limited Drops & Release Events
DPK may release certain products through limited quantity releases known as “drops”.
Due to the nature of limited releases:
• Products may sell out quickly
• Availability is not guaranteed
• Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis
DPK reserves the right to:
• Cancel orders placed using automated purchasing tools
• Cancel duplicate orders attempting to bypass purchase limits
• Limit quantities per customer, household or payment method
Where an order is cancelled for these reasons, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
11. Anti-Bot Policy
Use of automated systems to purchase products is prohibited.
This includes:
• Purchasing bots
• Checkout automation software
• Scripts or scraping tools
Orders identified as being placed using such tools may be cancelled without notice.
Accounts, IP addresses or payment methods associated with such activity may be blocked.
12. Anti-Scalper & Bulk Purchase Policy
DPK products are intended for individual customers.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders where we reasonably believe items are being purchased for resale or speculative profit.
Indicators may include:
• Multiple orders using different accounts or addresses
• Attempts to bypass purchase limits
• Bulk purchasing inconsistent with personal use
Where such behaviour is identified, DPK may cancel orders and restrict future purchases.
13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact DPK directly to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us:
• We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with transaction and delivery evidence
• Future orders may be refused
Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant payment processors or fraud prevention services.
14. Resale & Commercial Use
Products are sold for personal use.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where we reasonably believe goods are being purchased for unauthorised resale.
DPK does not authorise third parties to sell DPK products unless explicitly agreed in writing.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the intellectual property of DPK, including:
• Artwork
• Designs
• Photography
• Logos
• Graphics
• Text
• Branding
You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
16. Use of Product Images
Resellers, marketplaces or third parties may not use DPK product images, campaign imagery or brand materials without written permission.
This includes use on:
• Online marketplaces
• Social media selling platforms
• Advertising campaigns
Unauthorised use may result in intellectual property infringement claims.
17. User Generated Content
If you tag DPK, use DPK hashtags or submit content featuring our products, you grant DPK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and share that content for marketing purposes.
This may include use on:
• DPK social media channels
• The DPK website
• Marketing materials, including advertising and global commercial campaigns
Where reasonably possible, credit will be given to the creator.
You may request removal of such content by contacting us. We reserve the right to deny removal requests of such content.
18. Unauthorised Collaborations
DPK occasionally collaborates with artists or brands.
Unless officially announced by DPK through our website or verified social channels, any claimed collaboration or association with DPK is unauthorised.
You may not:
• Claim partnership with DPK
• Suggest endorsement by DPK
• Use DPK branding to promote unrelated goods
DPK reserves the right to take action against parties falsely representing affiliation.
19. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access restricted systems
• Disrupt website functionality
• Copy or scrape website data
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse occurs.
20. Counterfeit & Replica Enforcement
DPK actively protects its intellectual property and brand identity.
Any unauthorised manufacture, distribution, sale, promotion or listing of counterfeit or replica products using the DPK name, branding, artwork, designs or imagery is strictly prohibited.
DPK reserves the right to take appropriate action against counterfeit activity, including but not limited to:
• Issuing intellectual property infringement notices
• Requesting removal of listings from online marketplaces or platforms
• Reporting counterfeit activity to payment processors, hosting providers or relevant authorities
• Pursuing legal action where appropriate
Customers who knowingly purchase counterfeit goods and attempt to return or exchange them through DPK may have their requests refused.
Nothing in this clause affects consumer rights where genuine DPK products are purchased through authorised channels.
21. Community Conduct & Customer Behaviour
DPK aims to maintain a respectful and safe environment for customers, collaborators and members of the community.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access to our website or services where a customer engages in behaviour including, but not limited to:
• Abusive, threatening or discriminatory communication toward staff or representatives
• Harassment through email, social media or other communication channels
• Fraudulent transactions or attempted payment abuse
• Repeated chargebacks without legitimate basis
• Attempts to manipulate limited product releases or purchasing systems
Where such behaviour occurs, DPK may:
• Cancel current orders
• Restrict future purchases
• Block associated accounts, payment methods or IP addresses
Any such action will not affect your statutory consumer rights.
22. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded
Subject to the above:
DPK shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods in question.
23. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.
The website may be suspended or withdrawn for maintenance or operational reasons.
24. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.
25. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
The version in force at the time of purchase will apply.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or purchases made through this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
