Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@dpkvoid.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address given to you upon contact.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Online returns
Online and postal returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. By purchasing from DPK you agree to this restocking fee.

1. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under:

If goods are faulty, misdescribed or not as described, you have legal rights to a repair, replacement or refund.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU Consumers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at:

within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
3. Form of Refund (Store Credit)
Where an order is cancelled under the 14-day cooling-off period, DPK will issue a store credit equal to the purchase price paid for the returned goods.
Store credit:

Will be issued once returned goods are received and inspected

Is non-transferable

Cannot be exchanged for cash

Must be used within 12 months
Important Legal Note:
Under UK law, where a consumer validly exercises their 14-day statutory cancellation right, the default position is that refunds must be made using the original payment method unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise.
By purchasing from DPK, you agree that any refund issued under the cooling-off period will be provided in the form of store credit.
If you do not agree to store credit as the refund method, you should not place an order.
4. Return Conditions
To qualify for store credit or exchange:

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying cancellation

Items must be unworn, unused and undamaged

All original tags must remain attached

Original packaging must be included

No odours, marks, or signs of wear

Protective packaging must not be removed where applicable
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations).
5. Return Shipping
All returns are customer-funded.
You must:

Use a tracked postal service

Retain proof of postage

Ensure goods are securely packaged
DPK is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. If any items we receive are damaged, the return request will be denied.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the following circumstances:

The item received is the wrong size
-
The item arrived damaged
- The item received is not the same as the one purchased
Exchanges will be provided for:

The same item in the correct size
-
The same item in undamaged condition
- The same item as the one that was purchased
We do not offer exchanges for alternative products.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
7. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Photographic evidence must be provided
-
Items must remain unworn and in original condition
Damage claims are valid only for goods that arrive damaged.
We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing a replacement or store credit.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Made-to-Order, Limited Drops & Pre-Orders
Due to the nature of our production model:

Made-to-order items

Limited drop releases

Pre-order items
are produced in restricted quantities.
Statutory cancellation rights still apply unless goods fall within an exemption under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
We do not accept discretionary returns outside of statutory rights for limited drops or sale items.
9. Sale Items
Sale items may be returned within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase.
We do not offer discretionary returns on discounted items.
10. No Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders may not be cancelled once dispatched. You must instead follow the statutory return process outlined above.
11. International Orders
For international customers:

You remain responsible for return shipping costs

Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

Any unpaid customs charges resulting in returned goods may be deducted from store credit
12. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
DPK reserves the right to:

Refuse returns suspected of abuse

Deny store credit where items are returned, worn, or altered

Contest fraudulent chargebacks
We maintain transaction records in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

Any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law
Subject to the above, our liability shall not exceed the total purchase price of the goods concerned.
14. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
