This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, dispatched and delivered.
By placing an order through the DPK website, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed once full payment has been received.
DPK operates primarily on a made-to-order, limited drop and pre-order production model, meaning production may begin only after an order is placed.
Typical processing and dispatch timeframe:
8–15 days
Processing times may extend during:
• Limited releases or product drops
• High order volumes
• Peak shopping periods
• Made-to-order production runs
Processing time refers to production and preparation prior to dispatch, not delivery time.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details where available.
DPK reserves the right to split shipments where multiple items are ordered.
2. Dispatch Windows
Dispatch timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
DPK does not guarantee dispatch by a specific date unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Certain items, particularly limited drops, made-to-order items and pre-orders, may require additional production time.
By placing an order you acknowledge that streetwear releases and limited production items may involve extended dispatch windows.
3. Delivery Methods
Orders are shipped using third-party courier services within the United Kingdom and internationally.
Shipping options and estimated delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Delivery timeframes are courier estimates only and may vary.
Once a parcel has been handed to a courier, DPK is not responsible for courier delays.
4. UK Shipping
Typical UK delivery timeframe after dispatch:
5–30 working days
Delivery times vary depending on the courier and location.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are not delivered within 30 days of the agreed delivery timeframe, customers may have the right to cancel the order unless a longer delivery period was agreed at purchase.
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. International Shipping
DPK ships internationally.
For international orders:
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination
• Customs clearance procedures may cause delays
• Local import regulations may apply
Customers are responsible for:
• Import duties
• Customs charges
• Local taxes
• Brokerage or administrative fees
These costs are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned, we reserve the right to deduct:
• return shipping costs
• customs handling costs
• courier fees
from any refund or store credit.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.
Once an order has entered production or dispatch preparation, address changes may not be possible.
If an incorrect address is provided:
• DPK is not responsible for failed delivery
• Additional shipping costs may apply
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses must have re-shipping costs paid before re-dispatch.
8. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears lost in transit:
• Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
• We will investigate with the courier
Claims cannot be processed until the courier investigation process has been completed.
DPK is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier operational issues
• Customs processing
• Severe weather
• Industrial action
• Events outside our reasonable control
DPK is not responsible for parcels marked “delivered” by the courier.
Customers should contact the courier directly where tracking confirms delivery.
9. Risk & Ownership
Ownership of goods transfers once full payment has been received.
Risk in goods passes to the customer once delivery has occurred at the address provided during checkout.
Where tracking confirms delivery, the parcel is considered delivered.
10. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Certain products are released through pre-orders or limited drops.
For these items:
• Estimated dispatch windows may be provided
• Production timelines may vary depending on demand
Streetwear releases may involve extended fulfilment periods due to production and logistics requirements.
By purchasing a pre-order or limited drop item, you acknowledge that delivery timelines may differ from standard items.
11. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a courier attempts delivery and the parcel is not accepted or collected:
• The parcel may be returned to us
• Re-shipping costs must be paid before dispatch again
If a parcel is returned unclaimed, DPK may issue store credit minus original shipping and return courier costs.
12. Multiple Orders
Orders placed separately may not be combined for shipping.
Each order will be processed independently unless otherwise stated.
13. Drop Dispatch Priority
During limited releases or product drops, a high volume of orders may be placed within a short period.
To maintain operational stability and fair fulfilment:
• Orders may be processed in staged batches
• Dispatch order may not strictly follow purchase time
• Orders may be temporarily held for stock verification or fraud checks
Dispatch timelines may extend during these periods.
By purchasing during a drop, you acknowledge that extended dispatch windows may apply.
14. Fraud & Address Verification Holds
To protect customers and the business from fraud, certain orders may be flagged for verification.
Orders may be reviewed where we identify:
• Payment irregularities
• Address inconsistencies
• High-risk transactions identified by payment processors
• Suspicious purchasing behaviour
DPK reserves the right to:
• Delay dispatch during verification
• Request additional confirmation
• Cancel the order and issue a refund
15. High-Demand Release Disclaimer
DPK occasionally releases products through high-demand drops.
During these events extremely high website traffic may result in:
• Website slowdowns or outages
• Checkout processing delays
• Payment gateway interruptions
• Inventory overselling
DPK does not guarantee uninterrupted website access during release events.
If technical errors result in oversold stock or failed transactions, DPK reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue refunds.
Participation in a release event does not guarantee successful purchase.
16. Release Integrity & Technical Error Protection
In the event of system errors, technical faults or inventory miscalculations, DPK reserves the right to:
• Cancel orders placed due to website or checkout errors
• Refuse orders where pricing or stock information was incorrect
• Void transactions caused by technical malfunction
This includes situations involving:
• overselling caused by simultaneous checkouts
• payment gateway errors
• website bugs or glitches
• automated purchasing tools
Where such errors occur, affected customers will receive a refund to their original payment method.
